Dashierly

Terms of use

These terms govern access to the Dashierly website, owner portal, and related subscription services. By creating an account or using the software, you agree to them.

The service

Dashierly provides cloud-connected retail software (including POS, inventory, invoicing, branches, and reporting) through downloadable clients and a web portal. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. The web portal is intended for store owners or authorised administrators; staff accounts are managed inside the product under your responsibility.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans renew according to the billing period you select and your auto-renew setting. Trials may be offered for new stores as described at signup; abuse or repeated trials may be refused. Until a payment gateway is connected, activation may be recorded as unpaid or trial as applicable.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security or limits, interfere with other customers, or use Dashierly for unlawful goods or activities. We may suspend access for material breaches.

Your data

You retain rights in the business data you enter. You grant us permission to host, process, and back up that data to operate the service. See the privacy policy for details on processing.

Third-party services

Integrations, app stores, or payment providers may apply their own terms. Dashierly is not responsible for third-party failures outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and, where a cap applies, to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may modify these terms or the service. We will post updates here and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless the law requires otherwise.
