Refund policy
This policy describes how we handle refunds and billing adjustments for Dashierly subscription services. It applies in addition to your payment provider’s rules and any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
Scope
Dashierly is provided as a recurring subscription. Fees cover access to the software and related services for each billing period you select. This policy explains refund expectations; it does not limit statutory rights where those cannot be waived.
Subscription charges
When you subscribe or renew, your payment method may be charged automatically for the next period according to your plan and auto-renew settings. Taxes and currency conversion may apply as shown at checkout or on your invoice.
Cancellations
You can turn off auto-renewal or cancel future billing from your owner account where available. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or stated below.
Refunds we may grant
We may issue a full or partial refund or service credit where we confirm a duplicate charge, a clear billing error on our side, or a failure to deliver the service for a sustained period through our fault. Refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible and may take several business days to appear.
Trials and promotional offers
If we offer a free trial or promotion, its duration and billing start date are described at signup. Unless we say otherwise, cancelling during a trial avoids the first paid charge; after conversion to a paid plan, normal billing and this refund policy apply.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we may restrict account access until the dispute is resolved. Contacting us first usually resolves issues faster than a chargeback.
